Reception and Servicedesk

RUC's Servicedesk is located in building 03.1. Here you can collect your username and password to RUC's IT systems. You can get keys and accesses on your employee card or student card to get into buildings at RUC after the ordinary opening hours. You can also get help, if you have problems using the systems, or if you forget your password. At the counter in building 03.1 you can get parking permits for craftsmen and guests at RUC. We can help you find your way, and we always have RUC cards lying for you to take.
